another application of top-dressing sand on the Balcomie course greens to help firm the surfaces and dilute the thatch levels 
all greens and PG's getting a slow roll to help the surfaces 
we have now put in the fairway yardage discs for the start of the season on the Balcomie course 
painting of all steps, Railway sleeper work and bins is ongoing for the start of the season 
Screening sand for the Balcomie course bunkers 
another in-house recycling tee bin built for the 7th tees on the Craighead course 
we have been out replacing worn or faulty greens sprinklers on the Craighead course 
we have re-positioned our sign at the 2nd tees and used an old Railway sleeper as the sign post to fit in with all the work carried out this winter along our tee path etc 
cutting back gorse is ongoing to the left of hole 16 on the Balcomie course as this area is over grown 
our last main project of the winter was to bank up along the 18th wall on the Balcomie course to help support the wall
