When we have had the chance because of the adverse weather we have been carrying out cutting to keep the surfaces tidy
The 17th Greenside bunker on the Craighead course being rebuilt, we have left the rebuilding for a week to allow the bottom part of the new face to settle
We have been really lucky as we have missed most of the snow that has fallen, but have just suffered with the frosts and more rain/sleet most of January

The wall rear of the 14th green on the Craighead course is now rebuilt and looking great, we will tidy up the surrounding area, add soil and re-turf the length of the dyke
We have managed to apply a light top-dressing of sand to greens and surrounds on both courses
 Rubbing in of the top-dressing
The fairway bunker on hole 15 of the Balcomie course has been rebuilt

We have carried out deep tining to the Balcomie course tees
Also we have aerated above all the recent drainage areas on both courses to allow the water to drain quicker off the surfaces into our new drains
We have made a start to painting the tee markers and tee posts for the Balcomie course in adverse weather
Digging the new irrigation trenches for the new short game is ongoing
