We have been hollow coring certain tees on the Craighead course to take out even more thatch to improve the surfaces after the scarifying
The Craighead course greens were next for light aeration, which consisted of verti-cutting, solid tining with a 10mm tine to a depth of 150mm to relieve compaction and help drainage going into the winter months
 minimum disturbance to the surfaces
A turf iron after to smooth the surfaces off
Then application of an Autumn feed to strengthen the grass plant going into the winter
That's us started to dig out the old tee sprinklers on the Balcomie course ready for the new irrigation system installation starting Oct 21st
We will keep and reuse certain sprinklers etc for the Craighead course but will have sprinklers, valves and decoders that we can't reuse, so anyone needing spares please give us a call as happy to help anyone out
Our new shed extension is coming on really well with the floor being poured this week and the block work started too
