 We have set up our corer with 8mm solid tines to carry out aeration work to the Craighead greens to a depth of 4" then a turf iron with no disturbance to the playing surfaces

 The Balcomie course fairways are getting a cross cut to help cut out any nap from the usual direction of cut of 2 halves
 The new Craighead starters benches have been painted ready to be installed
 With the dry/windy conditions we have been using the irrigation system more which has resulted in the mains pipe at the 8th tee on the Balcomie course springing a leak

 Great day to get a little liquid feed out on the Balcomie course greens

 Courses starting to dry up a little
 Another verti-cut and cut on the Balcomie course tees to help reduce thatch levels etc
 The usual Tuesday  of collecting balls, cutting, cutting junior greens etc and setting up junior course on the driving range for the junior coaching
Our new benches have arrived for outside our Craighead course starters hut which will be painted and fitted in the next couple of weeks

 This week has been full cutting of all areas with this wet and warm weather as the growth has increased, plus keeping the turf iron out on greens to keep pace on the putting surfaces

 With the wet weather its just been full cutting of all areas and using the turf iron when possible over both sets of greens to keep pace on the surfaces
Rough management still slowly ongoing on the Craighead course
